I have been a mortgage agent and then broker for over 25 years, have taken several courses and have never come across a course this impactful before. This course is so thoughtful that it actually caused me to pause, rewind and listen again to the content on more than one occasion . As I was going through the course, I kept thinking to myself, I need to be better, I need to rethink the way I work with my clients ...whether it is for a reverse mortgage or a regular mortgage. I consider myself to be very intentional, sympathetic, patient and concerned for my clients, no matter the situation they find themselves in, and yet this course sincerely made me question if I could be doing an even better job.
